While the tenant placement ultimately met my expectations, it did take nearly a month to finalize the process. Although this was a slight delay, I understand that finding the right tenant is a meticulous task and quality should not be compromised for speed.

Overall the stay at the residence I was at was not to bad. They took forever with maintenance and up until the last minute. The people in the background are nice and tried their best to make up for the stuff they couldn’t help with. Communications should be done through the email, they respond pretty quick to that if you would like to call it may be a while before you get someone on the phone.
This company is the worst business people that I’ve ever dealt with in 35 years of doing business. I have leased from them for 4 years and I have NEVER been late on a payment — all through Covid, when I could have stretched them out — I did the right thing and PAID them every month just like I promised. TWICE this year I had maintenance issues and both times on the weekend. I filed their online report and didn’t hear anything from them till after lunch on the following Monday. Then, to get an Air Conditioner person out was 2 to 3 MORE days. TouchPoint had NO REGARD at all that it was 90 degrees outside and hotter inside. Finally, they gave me PERMISSION to seek my on person to make the repair. It was cooling again in 4 hours — I had to pay CASH out of my pocket for the repair. When I asked to be reimbursed TouchPoint said, the owner DENIED my request. The second time was my water heater was not heating. Same situation — we went 5 days without hot water and then they gave me PERMISSION to have it repaired myself. Cash out of my pocket and 3 hours later, the water is heating again. Reimbursement?? The owner DENIED for me to be reimbursed. I live in a good, safe area and my wife doesn’t want to move and we have HAD to pay a rent INCREASE every year we’ve been here. BEWARE, you’ve been warned…..If you choose to do business with these people, you’re on your own!
